Game Rules.
RULE 02
Keep the energy high, if a player takes long to decide they must sip 3 times automatically.
RULE 03
RESPECT players' boundaries and also don't be pressured to do something you find uncomfortable.
RULE 04
DRINK RESPONSIBLY and know your limits. The goal is fun, not overindulgence.
RULE 05
No UNDOING completed dares between the given time frame!
RULE 06
If a dare is meant to carry over into future rounds but the game ends before it's fulfilled, the player must sip as stated in the challenge instead.
RULE 07
All players must consent to participate. Anyone may leave the game at any time.
RULE 08
Illegal, dangerous, or harmful actions should never be performed, even if suggested by a challenge.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to play this game. By playing this game, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement and are legally permitted to participate in games that may involve mature content.
NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACTIONS: The creator, developer, and distributor of this game is not liable for any injuries, damages, psychological harm, or legal consequences resulting from the completion or refusal of any challenge or activity presented in the game. All dares and prompts are suggestions only. You are responsible for using your own judgment and declining any actions that may be unsafe, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate.

LEGAL JURISDICTION: These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kenya.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY: This game is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect or store data from anyone under the age of 18.
ADVERTISING Our game may display ads provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These networks may collect certain information, such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and interactions with ads, to provide relevant advertising and measure performance. IN-APP PURCHASES Our game offers optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing. Purchase information (such as purchase tokens) may be sent securely to Firebase for validation. We do not store or have direct access to your payment details.
YOUR CONTROL OVER DATA: You can clear game progress, player data, and custom questions at any time within the game. Uninstalling the game will also remove all locally stored data.
